The MTO is currently undertaking the Detail Design and Class EA Study for the replacement of three bridges on Highway 400 at Dunlop Street, Anne Street and Sunnidale Road, including the reconstruction of the Dunlop Street and Highway 400 interchange. Each Contract Package is following the Class EA Process independently per the schedule below:
Anne Street Bridge Replacement and Installation of Noise Walls (GWP 2504-17-00)
Construction is complete with the exception of a sidewalk modification just west of the new bridge. The remaining work is anticipated to be completed by fall 2025.
Dunlop Street Bridge Replacement, Dunlop Street and Highway 400 Interchange Re-Configuration and Installation of Noise Wall (GWP 2128-18-00)
Construction is planned to commence in the spring 2025.
